  This may not be fair to Akels because Carpet One was not owned by Akels at the time we purchased our flooring. It wast he last owner! The carpet was purchased approximately 3 years ago. The installation was done horribly. We have ripples or bumps popping up everywhere. The carpet was installed throughout the entire house except we put laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining room. Wish we had put it throughout! But the problem they said was it needed to be stretched - we had someone come do that 3 times. Still bumps and more bumps and many carpet nails I continue to step on and try to pull up. We finally purchased a large room size carpet to be placed on top of our living room carpet just to cover the bumps! The installation people obviously did not know what they were doing at all and I hope that Akels are using professionals now. I am so disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great new carpet! I am sorry Akels as I should have written this review long ago but we were hopeful in getting it corrected and it never was.
