  **UPDATE!!! I am now a return customer! At the time of purchasing my mattress I decided to shop around for the frame. Today, I decided to return to Hank's for a frame and again was a pleased customer! Hank's customer service and staff goes above and beyond expectation. Also, I was able to squeeze in this errand over my lunch break. No gimmicks, added pressure or fine print, just great customer service. Zac and Aaron were so helpful. I was hesitant to shop today for a mattress, I hate sales reps with their pushy sales techniques. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful, he let me shop alone and then answered all of my questions when I had them. Dare I say it, he made shopping fun.
