  Went in today to get 3 new tires put onto my Toyota Camry, while I was shopping and waiting on my car to get done I got a call from the automotive department. The man told me that he couldn't put my tires on my car because he had broken off 1 of my lug nuts then tried to thread a lug from somewhere else onto my car and ended up cross threading my studs. He told me that I would have to go get a new stud and a lug from somewhere else before he could put my tires on. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and was not compensated for the damage he done to my car. Also I had him tell my dad on what happened over the phone since he was getting the tires for me as an early Christmas gift. He completely lied to him! He told my dad that the lug was missing and that he never touched the car.... lol.... but I had to wait for him to put the tires back on it. I would recommend going somewhere else to have tires put on your vehicles.

  They really do a good job at getting you checked out and the wait is not bad, as the store is always clean and always seems to be freshly stocked as Ole Sam would be smiling with pride, as the helpful employees seem to always be close by and quick to answer a question
